Policies

Deposits:

New extension appointments require a 200 non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment time and will be applied to the cost of the service.

All new clients booking a service over 100 will be required to place a non-refundable deposit of 50. The deposit will go towards the cost of the service. In respect to my time, the deposit is considered non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours of service or if the appointment is no-showed.

Cancelations: cancelations within less than 24 hours notice on more than one occasion will result in a 25 dollar fee. This is in consideration to my time, or to others who could have utilized that time slot.

No-shows: I understand that things happen! However, a no-show can severely disrupt my schedule for the day and will therefore incur a 25 dollar charge. Any client who no-shows more than one appointment will unfortunately be unable to book any future appointments without first securing with a non-refundable deposit.
