I've got about 12 years experience in the beauty industry and truly, the most important part of my job is assuring that you are happy with your hair at the end! Therefore, you can expect me to give you a clear and thorough consultation about what you want with a realistic expectation on how to get there. I'm a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to hair; there's nothing I haven't seen before and nothing I can't do :)
